Dear participants,
I want to thank you for the long support you offered us and we are sure that the EAPR Conference will be a successful event with the help from all of you.
I hope that the following information might be useful for you:
- A name badge will be provided to all participants
- PC with multimedia and overhead projector will be available for oral presentations. Please, hand your USB/CD to our technical staff.
- Please check the entire program on our website. At the registration desk you will get all the conference materials including the final version of scientific program, the list of participants and the list of posters.
- Please note that the BIOEXPLOIT workshop will be held on Thursday from 14.25 to 18.30 in room Europa 2 and the ZEBRA CHIP workshop will be held on Thursday from 17.00 to 18.30 in room Europa 1.
- Due to the bank transfer some participants a kindly request to pay the fee differences during the registration at the Conference Secretariat office. An official receipt upon cash payment ( EURO, US DOLLARS, LEI ) will be received.
- For the participants who have clearly indicated their options for bus line-transport Otopeni airport-ARO Brasov-Otopeni airport this is the scheduled departures time:
SATURDAY 5 July Otopeni airport 17.00 SUNDAY, 6 July Otopeni airport 14.30; 17.30; 20.30 THURSDAY, 10 July ARO Brasov 7.00 FRIDAY, 11 July ARO Brasov 1.00; 5.00; 10.00
Due to the distance between Brasov and Otopeni airport and due to security checks at the airport we recommend you to depart from the hotel at least 4.5-5 hours before your flights.
